The short story of “Last Night of the World” by Ray Bradbury is about how a couple spent one of their evenings “in their own special way”. The whole story is about a “dream” of the world coming to an end by the husband.
My Experience with MOOCs–College Writing 2x: Principles of Written English
Luckily, I am one of the registered students of the course and this article is all about my first-week experience with the course. This experience with BerkleyX ColWri2.1x led me become familiar with MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) in general; get to know the specific features of the course; and acquire new friends around the world.
Planning for Learning and Teaching: 3 Power Sources of Thinking
Here are three learning principles:
1- Learning requires patience and time.
2- Story is critically important for us all.
3- The role of inter-generational learning. For example, teachers may lead students to outside classroom in order to learn with senior local communities. This principle assumes that every country has rich cultural practices that are powerful for learning.
